Arnette eyeware is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date f purchase. Arnette will replace or repair, at our discretion, any product proven to be defective. This warranty is valid only with original proof of purchase from an Authorized Arnette Dealer. Arnette will not warrant any lens against scratches. Alteration, misuse or abuse of any Arnette product will void its warranty. Legal rights under applicable Federal and State law governing the scale of consumer goods are not affected by this warranty.
