Black Flys has a one year warranty with the proof of purchase by original owner. Manufactured defect warranted by Black Flys Eyewear, not the retail dealer. Warranty excludes: Scratches on the lenses caused by negligence, Damage beyond our control due to improper care or use. Liabilty is limited solely to the repair of the sunglasses. Sunglasses are replaced if deemed necessary by Black Flys Eyewear. We disclaim liabilty for related damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty.
