Black Flys Sci Fly 2 Has A One Year Warranty Policy from the date of purchase by the original owner. Manufactured defects are warranted by Black Flys eyewear, not the retailed dealer. Warranty excludes: lens scratches caused by negligence, improper use to sunglasses such as: dog toys, face plants, taking a punch with your shades on, concrete shuffle board, etc., etc... Liability is limited solely to the repair of the sunglasses. Sunglasses will be replaced if deemed necessary by Black Flys eyewear. We disclaim liability for related damages for breach of any expressed or implied warranty. A copy of the receipt must be included with all warranties.
